If you already have a regular lesson and need to reschedule, simply choose a new suitable time through the booking system where available. Make sure to let your coach know also.

What happens when i reschedule or book a lesson?
An email will be sent to the coach via our portal confirming your lesson and details.
Do I need to contact the coach once ive rescheduled?
Even though an email will be sent to you and the coach, we advise all students to just let their coach know too with a quick text if they wish to double check!
How do i make a payment?
Sign up via the “Music School” section where it says sign up now, it will take you to an external section where you can add your account details etc…
Can i use this for all my future bookings?
Yes, you no longer need to contact us directly when making a booking, you can do it through this website but we are always on hand via Whatsapp should you have any questions, queries or concerns.

Who Do I Call to Pause or Cancel my Payments?
You can call 1800 148 848 for Suspensions, Cancellations or General enquiries into their account status.
