2. What payment methods do you accept?
We make payment as convenient as possible for our students. Our policy is to take two payments(sometimes we have package deals) in advance and then set our students up on our direct debit system using our partner Direct Debit Success.
3. Cancelling or pausing my classes?
We understand that sometimes schedules can change and life can get in the way! When cancelling we require a 2 weeks notice period, if you are weekly that is two lessons and if fortnightly that is one. If you wish to pause you can pause for however long needed at $5 per week. Both options require the student to call 1800 148 848
4. Are there any additional fees or costs?
Any excursions, workshops or showcases may have an additional cost depending on the event.
5. What happens if I miss a lesson?
We value the commitment of our students and teachers. If a lesson is missed without at least 24 hours' notice, it is considered a forfeited lesson. Make-up lessons are not available for lessons missed without proper notice. We encourage all our students to communicate any potential scheduling conflicts as early as possible to avoid forfeiting their lessons.
Teachers and Lessons:
1. What qualifications do your teachers have?
Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced. They hold degrees in music education, performance, or related fields. All have extensive professional experience as performers, composers, or educators.
